Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
Answer telephone promptly and in a professional, courteous manner according to the standard office script.
Identify patient needs.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues;researching and exploring answers and alternative solution; escalating unsolved problems.
Obtains and accurately enter new and existing patient’s demographics and insurance information into EMR.
Direct calls to another department as needed.
Confirm patient’s appointments.
Contact and manage a monthly list of patients that are due for routine care.
Bi-Lingual-Spanish and English preferred
Job Type: Full-time
